Hi I’m Lizzie, Founder of Bloom and Birth Cheshire. 

At Bloom and Birth, we understand that the internet a maze of information, and it’s often difficult to know where to start and what advice to follow.

 Couple this with an overstretched NHS midwifery service, making informed choice about your body and your baby is something that prospective parents are struggling with now more than ever.

Whilst we believe that choices are essential for a positive pregnancy and birth, by offering bespoke, impartial and professional services and advice to support women and families who are preparing to welcome their new addition to the world, we aim to provide the tools to give you and your little ones the very best start – as well as keeping a familiar face and a listening ear close by for when you need it.

This underpins my believe that our bespoke midwife-led antennal preparation will get you ready for the most powerful experience of your lives. Birth, and babies of course, have their own agenda and your labour and birth experience may throw you some twists and turns!

Through a combination of experience and additional training courses (including overcoming birth trauma, deaf awareness and continuous development plans), we pride ourselves on evidence-based advice and information to ensure you approach your pregnancy, labour, birth and aftercare with confidence.

Whether you choose a medicated or non medicated approach – or change your mind along the way – together we will explore your options and find what first your individual path.
